SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Companies, organisations and other entities are allowed to sponsor the event.

Given the high profile of the event and the resonance it will have in the military & technical industrial environment, the Centre would like to extend an offer for your Company to assist the Forum in terms of sponsorship for the event. We anticipate a lot of interest in the Forum as more and more events are returning into presence activities.

Participation may include the provision of one or more items or events of your choice with the possibility to apply your company logo to the item itself, according to arrangements to be made with this Centre.

NATO M&S COE has identified the following events and items able to be provided, in whole or in part, under the sponsorship agreement:

ICEBREAKER EVENT
COFFEE BREAKS
CATERED LUNCH
CULTURAL EVENT
GIFT TO FORUM ATTENDEES, parchment, printing, etc.
GIFT TO VIP ATTENDEES, something that leaves a tangible sign of gratitude for the event
BADGE HOLDERs with lanyard
WELCOME PACKAGEs (includes Folder, Notepad, Pen, Admin Instructions, Forum Program, Forum Flyers and any other advertisement material)
GENERAL SPONSORSHIP, with specific details developed between the entity and M&S COE
PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION AND EDITING
SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONVENTIONAL MEDIA SERVICES

Exhibition Booths

All stakeholders should note that a limited number of exhibition spaces (equipped with Wi-Fi internet access and power supply in a well-visible part of the CA2X2 Forum at a standard rate based on the required exhibition space) will be made available to any applicant company to demonstrate and promote their CAX, analysis, experimentation or skills, and simulation-related products.

The Centre will coordinate the procurement of the articles listed above, or proposals may be forwarded by companies and agreed upon with the Centre. Should there be two or more offers for the same article, “the First Come-First Serve” criterion will be used for the quotation selection.

A separate agreement will be signed between the parties in order to guarantee the mentioned articles’ provisions.
