The 14th NATO Computer Assisted Exercise Forum,  organized by the NATO Modelling and Simulation Centre of Excellence (NATO M&S COE), is now NATO CA2X2 Forum (Computer Aided Analysis, Exercise, Experimentation), an event where military users, industry and academia meet and discuss the M&S Discipline, Exercises, Experimentation, Wargaming and Analysis, and see demonstrations and presentations on latest technology and trends.

The new NATO CA2X2 FORUM 2019 Conference, whose general theme is “Transformational Power of Simulation“, will be focused on four main areas:

  • EDUCATION, TRAINING AND THE M&S DISCIPLINE
    The human dimension: improving the effectiveness of training, education and the M&S Discipline
  • INNOVATIVE CONCEPTS AND EXPERIMENTATION
    Application of M&S to support new concepts and best practices;
  • using M&S for experimentation and development of new capabilities
  • EXERCISE, WARGAMING AND ANALYSIS
    Operational application of simulation: training, verifying procedures, and decision support
  • M&S INDUSTRY TOOLS AND SOLUTIONS
    Industry presentations on the latest innovative M&S tools and solutions on the market

The 2019 edition will take place from 24 to 26 September 2019 in Paris (France).

16th Workshop on Commercial Technologies and Games for use in NATO and Nations (MSG-175) will discuss technologies, national experiences, best practises; Cyber Workshop on the Simulation of Cyber Effects  with presentations, prototype demonstrations and requirement discussion.
